Prerequisite: N/A

Minimum 4 participants.

Topics include:

• What it means to be inclusive

• Why diversity is good for business

• Stigma, discrimination, and microaggressions

• Covering at work

• Terminology

• The diversity of sex characteristics, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation

• Practical considerations for individuals and workplaces

Requirements:

• Meeting room, breakout space, or lecture theatre

• Projector/TV for PowerPoint presentation

• No audio or video required
